The 2012 9-1-1 Chocolate Relay is one crazy and fun event where Firefiighters, Police and Paramedics fight to the finish in what has become chocolate warfare. Each team battles it out to beat the clock and win the coveted 2012 CHOCOLATE BOWL by devouring chocolate and more chocolate. Beware - it's gonna get messy! Winners of the 2011 Chocolate Relay are the Toronto Firefighters for the third consecutive year.
Watch the artistry of top chocolatiers demonstrate how to make truffles and chocolate creations from scratch - effortlessly and affordably. Demonstrations will run every hour during the show.
You can take a break from your chocolate explorations and relax with a drink from our licensed bar overlooking the main exhibit area.
Scheduled Chocolate + Wine pairing sessions will be hosted in the Chocolate Bars on the mezzanine level of Roy Thomson Hall. Having the right wine to complement the right chocolate can be a match made in heaven! You will learn the dos and don'ts of how to tempt your tastebuds.
The Toronto LUXURY CHOCOLATE SHOW celebrates everything chocolate under one roof. A diverse array of fine chocolates and chocolate-inspired products will be featured. Various vendors will be displaying, sampling and selling their fine chocolate products at show prices, just in time for the holiday season.
